About Our Prints

Q: Are the images your own? 
Yes! Every photograph sold by Antidote Imagery is an original image captured and edited by our founder. Each print is exclusive to Antidote Imagery and created with the highest attention to colour, composition and print quality.

Q: What materials do you use?
Our framed canvas prints are produced using premium, archival-grade materials. Each image is printed on a fine-art cotton blend canvas with fade-resistant inks and stretched over solid timber frames.

Q: Are the prints ready to hang?
Yes — all framed canvases arrive fully assembled, with hanging hardware installed so you can display your artwork immediately.

Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply choose your preferred image, select the size, then add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s trusted payment gateways.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all prints are made to order, changes or cancellations can only be accepted if production hasn’t yet started. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at info@antidoteimagery.com.au.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Production typically takes 5–10 business days, followed by shipping time:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we can ship internationally to selected destinations. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
No — as each print is custom-made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Q: What if my order is faulty or incorrect?
If your print is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we’ll replace or refund it in line with our Refund & Return Policy. Just email info@antidoteimagery.com.au with your order number and photos.

Product Care

Q: How should I clean or maintain my canvas print?
Gently dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture, harsh cleaners, or direct sunlight exposure to preserve colour and finish.

Q: Can I hang my print outdoors or in humid areas?
We recommend displaying your artwork indoors, away from direct sunlight, high humidity, or heat sources to ensure long-term quality.
