At Antidote Imagery, each framed canvas print is made to order with care and attention to detail. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped and delivered.
2. Order Processing

All orders are custom-made once payment has been received in full.

Please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.

During peak periods, sales or holidays, production times may vary — we’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.
3. Shipping Within Australia

We ship from New South Wales, Australia, using reputable carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or equivalent courier services.

Delivery times are typically:

Metro areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Regional areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are outside our direct control once the parcel has been lodged.
4. International Shipping
If international shipping is offered:

Estimated delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by their local authorities.

Antidote Imagery is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international postal networks.
5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and weight.

Free shipping may occasionally be offered as part of promotions — such offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or returned parcels.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs will apply to resend the item.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@antidoteimagery.com.au and we will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Damaged During Transit
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the damage (including packaging).

Email info@antidoteimagery.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
8. Pre-Orders or Back-Orders
If a product is temporarily unavailable or on back-order, we’ll notify you of the expected production or delivery timeframe before confirming your order.
9. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please monitor your parcel using the link provided.
If your order shows as “delivered” by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first to confirm delivery details, then notify us if you need further assistance.
